Computer uploads data

I am using MSwin 7 OS

Virus checkers
MS Security Essentials
Spybot Search and Destroy
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

My internet usage from my internet service provider shows data upload and I have not been doing that. I am being charged for exceeding my allowable quota.

How do I identify what data is being uploaded?
