Impossible internet problem

hey guys

My internet has stopped working suddenly and i cant figure out a solution
ive been scouering the internet from my phone for a couple days now and ive tried so many things and none of them have worked.
not sure what has changed this ive checked all my drivers and firmwares, re-installed my drivers, reset all of the hardware involved checked my firewalls and my power settings and the device setting, ive tried setting a static IP address, i cant figure out whats causing it, one minute itll be fine and then 3 seconds later itll turn off and wont even connect to the network and then a few hours later ill get back on for another 3 seconds and it drops back out again or it says its connected but wont open up web pages because they are "unavailable"...

im running my internet from a wireless USB (Netgear WG111 v2) which ive never had issues with before, I also tried tethering to my iphone internet as well which it also wouldn't connect to either, even via USB.
everyone else in my house can connect fine but when my computer does get on someone else gets kicked off, but the static IP address didnt solve this though :confused:
