I am starting to see stars this is so frustrating.. my internet works fine on my laptop, but consistently cuts in and out on my PC. It will go from functioning to "limited" or just cut out all together.
I recently installed an internal wireless card (Qualcomm Atheros AR938x) which works absolutely brilliantly on every network its been connected to so far EXCEPT my home connection. The driver is up to date, that is not the issue.
My wireless comes from Netgear N600 router. My modem is from Charter and the model is DPC3008. This problem occurs even when I plug in directly to the modem via Ethernet.. so I am really struggling for the answer.. Is my modem incompatible with my PC? Do I need to switch to a static IP address?
