Just today the latency of my internet shot up to between ~500-800 ping. This is constant and will never drop below 280. Heres a tracert that i did just 5 minutes ago:

So obviously i have no latency between my router and my pc, so does that mean its all on my ISP's side? Is there anything i can do to resolve this issue, or am I at the mercy of my ISP?
