DHCP on 3560 Cisco

I want to setup a DHCP server on FA0/23 which distrubute ip adresses between 192.168.0.1-254
i want to make ports ip address and gw of DHCP 192.168.0.254
And it will connect internet over the FA0/1
IT's public WS-C3560X-24T-S ip is xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
