Connectivity

Hi all

Basically I have a BTHome Hub 4 but don't think the problem lies there. I have an Acer laptop (Vista) wirelessly connected to the Hub and my daughter wirelessly connects her HP laptop (windows 8) without a problem. Both of these laptops show IPv4 Connectivity ... Internet Access and IPv6 Connectivity .... Local. I also have a Toshiba laptop (windows 7) but that always shows the same as the others for IPv4 but for IPv6 it shows No Internet Access. I have gone over the settings and they seem ok but i am not a Technical girl lol so just wondered if anyone can help? The Toshiba is exactly the same when connected via ethernet cable too.
