My first issue is that 4 of my 5 devices (2 laptops, PC, android phone) can only connect to the WEP network. When attempting to connect to the other two, it takes longer than usual then says "Can't connect to this network" and the troubleshooter isn't helpful.
My second issue is that my 5th device, a Microsoft Surface RT, only connects to the WEP network, but only in limited connection mode.
My mobile devices connect and work fine with other networks, so I'm assuming it's something wrong with my router but the firmware is up to date (automatically check) and I didn't find any other posts with issues from this router. I apologize that information about my situation is sorely lacking and if someone could tell me what other information I need to offer to work towards a possible solution, that would be swell.
