Internet router password

I installed a new router about 7 months ago, a TRENDnet TEW-731BR. I am using windows 7/64 bit
I did not seta password on it to stop outsiders using it.
I would like to install a password and lost the manual, can someone help this dopey guy, please. :rolleyes:
