wifi doesnt work on phones. works on all other devices

hi

i got a new router and a new connection

the wifi is working on my pc, laptops, ipad. but not on the phones. got a samsung galaxy and an iphone 5

not a range problem. even if i am standing next to the router the problem is still there.

the phone connects to the wifi. thats all. cant use the net then

please help
