I purchased a 10.1" Trio tablet for my husband for Christmas, we have been trying for 2 days to connect it to the internet. I am not computer savy nor am I computer illiterate. I have a Toshiba laptop, a Nook tablet and just bought my granddaughter a Kindle fire that I was able to connect using my internet SSID number and password. After contacting my internet service provider and trying several different options of trying to connect the Trio, I was told there may be an issue with this brand new tablet. I was given the number to Tech Support for Trio and of course are unable to speak to a live person. I contacted HSN where I purchased the tablet and they do not have any more available to exchange out. My husband really likes and wants to keep this tablet. Can someone please offer me some suggestions as to how to get it connected to my internet service or does it need to be returned for a refund?
