IP Address Conflict

We have some holiday accommodation which means approx 12 computers could be connected at one time. Weekly changeovers.....

It is a BT Home router (UK) which is extended with a Netgear extender to cope with the distances

Some computers connect - some come up with IP address Conflict....

Should I consider upgrading to a system which can handle this ??
