WiFi connected, but can't access internet

Okay, so yesterday, I came home to find that my computer could not connect to Google.com, even though my WiFi was shown as connected with internet access. Skype couldn't connect either. Actually, to be specific, the internet would be accessible for a couple mines at a time, though it would be slow. Another computer in our house is having the same issue, but my tablet does NOT. I take my tablet with me to school. Anyway, I've perused the web for any solution, and have found none. I have tried...

Static IP
Flushed DNS
Reset TCP/I (something like that)
Rebooting
System Restore to before issue.
Virus scan (clean)
Disabling Local Area Connection in favor of wireless area connection

I am unable to release and renew my IP, since it says no action can be performed while media is disconnected. I cannot think of anything else. Oh, and since I'm on my tablet, fetching the ipconfig /all would be a bit time-consuming.
